With some catless downpipes it'll sound insane. The PE is my favorite exhaust!

My 135is came stock with this exhaust and the PPK ECU flash for more pops and burbles (likely programmed in excruciating detail by a guy named Hans). One of my favorite things about the car.

Thats the performance PPK tune? Or the additional oil cooler? Assuming its the IS tune, which gives 20-30HP

PPK 1 is just a tune, PPK 2 is the same tune, plus an auxiliary radiator (not oil cooler) and higher-capacity radiator fan.

PPK 2 and the Performance Exhaust were standard on the 135is.

I see. Sounds like thats exactly what the 335is is over the 335i.

Would just the PPK1 be worth it? Or get JB3/Cobb Stage 1. I dont want to change downpipe.

Sorta kinda like what BMW did with the 335is. The difference is the 335is came out in ‘11, the same year that the 335i switched from the twin-turbo N54 to the single-turbo N55. The 335is stuck with the N54, with a higher tune. The 135is has a tuned N55.

(But the 1M and Z4 35is have a slightly more-highly-tuned N54 than the 335is.)
